walked 2 miles with Molly.
Tue, Nov 27th – Bootcamp in the
morning, running in the afternoon.

Wed, Nov 28th – More bootcamp. It was another morning alone – I got my
butt kicked!

Fri, Nov 30th – Off/lazy day. I needed it.
Dec, 1st – 4mile long run, followed
by 2mile cool down walk with Molly.

Mile 4 – 9:24 (same hill as Thursday…good for the legs!)

Dec, 2nd – Bikram yoga! I do love this class.
