I accomplished one of the New Years Resolutions this week!  I finished A Grown Up Kind of Pretty by Joshilyn Jackson!  Not a great book, but glad I finished it.  This can be added to the Skip It! list.

Tue, Feb 12thBoot camp! And a 1.41mile Molly-walk in the afternoon.

Wow that was hard!

Fri, Feb 15thMorning walk with Molly - 1.64miles.  My body was sore from boot camp.
Sat, Feb 16thThe weather was cold and windy, so I opted for a long walk with Molly – 3.0miles.
Sun, Feb 17th“Long run morning” – 4.25miles in 42:32, followed by a 2.23 mile cool down walk with Molly.
Splits –
Mile 1 – 9:37
Mile 2 – 9:57
1:44min rest/walk break
Mile 3 – 9:45
Mile 4 – 9:57 – super hilly!
0.17miles @ 9:26

My legs were still tired from Thursdays boot camp.  On the plus side, my feet didn’t hurt!
