Monday, May 16th - Getting back into running!
6.01 miles in 50:27.
Mile 1 - 8:39 (pacing myself)
Mile 2 - 8:28
Mile 3 - 8:46 (this is the big hill. At one point my pace was 9:14!)
Mile 4 - 8:11
Mile 5 - 8:12
Mile 6 - 8:06
The last half felt really good. I am trying to control my breathing, the first half had lots of hills so this was difficult. The second half I got into a good groove.
After, Molly and I walked 0.54 miles in 10:18.
Now on to paint prepping....
