Workout review!

Monday, Nov 7th – 1st run since the marathon! This was just an easy 3mile neighborhood loop followed by 300 sit-ups.
Splits – 8:50, 8:42, and 8:34

3.07 miles in 26:42.

I ignored my watch except at the mile splits. Pretty good after taking a week off J

Tuesday, Nov 8th – Walking Molly 1.75miles and 300 sit-ups.

Wednesday, Nov 9th – 4.36 mile run and 300 sit-ups.

Splits – 8:54, 8:21, 8:17, 8:16, and 0.36 miles @ 8:33 pace

4.36 miles in 36:53!

Thursday, Nov 10th – lazy/tired!

Friday, Nov 11th – 6.01 mile run and 300 sit-ups

Switched up the running day because I wanted to take enjoy the weekend!

Splits – 9:05, 8:34, 8:29, 8:34, 8:29, 8:37

6.01miles in 51:53

It was a nice run, but my legs were tired!

Saturday, Nov 12th – off/rest/lazy day!

Sunday, Nov 13th – 3 mile walk with Molly and 300 sit-ups.


I need to get my energy back up and starting doing more cross training. With the time change and some family stuff, I just haven't been sleeping well. Hopefully, that will change....
