Mon, April 29th – Easy run – 3.01 miles in 28:33 and then a
cool down walk with Molly – 1.62miles.
Splits –
Mile 1 – 9:17
Mile 2 – 9:43 – tired legs!
Mile 3 – 9:28
Tues, April 30th – Bootcamp morning and then my ladies fitness
class in the evening. In total I
ran 2.5miles during both workouts!
Wed, May 1st – Off/rest/Nephew birthday morning donuts!
Thurs, May 2nd – Bootcamp morning with a ton of burpees.
Fri, May 3rd – 2.07mile morning walk with Molly and G.
Sat, May 4th – Unplanned off day – hard ran all day!
Sun, May 5th – Sort of a off day – it still raining and totally soggy out, but the afternoon cleared up for a few hours and my mom and I were able to get in a 2mile walk with Molly!
