Mon, March 25th – Run morning! I realized up to this point I had only
run 6miles in March. Bad! So the goal for the rest of the month
was to run 14miles more. This
morning, I did 3miles in 30min.

Not too bad after two weeks off fighting the plague!
Tues, March 26th – Bootcamp morning
with a 0.55mile run on the treadmill in 5min at 6.5mph.
Wed, March 27th – Run morning –
3.21 miles in 30:58 and yoga evening.

Thurs, March 28th – Tired, so I
slept for another hr! I need the
rest.

Sat, March 30th – “Long run”
morning. I decided to change it up
a little and do one of my favorite workouts –
10min easy warm-up – 1mile @9:37, 0.04miles @9:52
2min easy
3 x {5min fast – 1st: 0.55miles @9:05, 2nd:
0.55miles @9:04, 3rd: 0.57miles @8:50
2min easy}
1mile warm-down @ 9:40
Total – 4.14miles in 43:31!
I met my goal for the week!! And hit 20.16miles for March!
I did do a cool-down walk with Molly and G – 2.20miles (Molly's only walk for the week - opps!)
